You can turn up whenever you like. If you have already registered online we suggest arriving to your race venue 30-40 minutes prior to a race start as this allows you time to check in and pick up your race bib and be ready for a pre-race briefing.

If you have not already registered online and need to register on the day we suggest arriving 45 mins to 1 hr before a race start so we can get you into our system and provide you with a bib with plenty of time before a race start.

Search our event venue in google maps and follow the directions to our event site.

If you head over to your dedicated event page a google maps location is provided. (Please see below)

Yes. There will be a bag drop tent by our timing tent that will be manned all day.

A pre-race safety briefing will be done 15 minutes prior to a race start. This will cover any hazards identified or changes to the course that have been made. The briefing is for your safety so please be present for it.

We will have the course marked clearly with signage where it is needed. If there is a change of direction they will marked with directional arrows. However we ask that you please familiarise yourself with the course by taking a look at the course mpas for your dedicated venue.
